Project management has always been a tricky territory for businesses, especially the ones that are constantly handling multiple projects at once. Our client identified this issue faced by various business owners and decided to create an intelligent virtual project management assistant that can handle all the project-related tasks and data.
Objective
The client reached out to us for creating an entire intelligent virtual project management universe that includes an MS Teams bot with which users can interact to update their project-related information, a dashboard where users can see all their project-related data, integration with PowerBI to provide interactive reports and ChatPM integration with MS Teams bot that allows users to get any of their project-related data at their fingertips.

MS Teams bot
We created an MS Teams chatbot that can be seamlessly integrated. The chatbot allows users to update their project data, add or remove project data, import/export data and access ChatPM-GPT functionality
Power BI Dashboards
We integrated PowerBI Dashboard with the primary ChatPM dashboard to ensure users can gain valuable insights into their project’s performance. ChatPM leverages data analytics to provide real-time visualizations, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions and drive project success.
ChatPM-GPT Data Analytics
We integrated ChatPM into ChatPM’s MS Teams bot. It helps users to ask project-related questions and get instant insights instead of going through entire project data or documentation.
